What is it? A wrestling clinic to help raise funds for The Citadel’s 2002-03 season.

When is it? Dec 1st, 2pm – 5:30pm

Where is it? The Citadel wrestling room (Vandiver Hall)

What will it cost me? $25 per person if pre-registered

$30 per person the day of the camp

*** Coaches get in free with 10 or more wrestlers ***

What am I going to learn?

· Takedowns: Single leg, low single, high crotch, short offense and scoring defensively.

· Top and bottom: stand-up, Granby series, tilts, turns and leg riding.

· Motivation: the mental and physical training needed to become a champion.

From 5:00-5:30 there will be a question and answer session followed by a chance for everyone to meet The Citadel wrestling coaches and some team members, enjoy complimentary refreshments, and purchase Citadel wrestling merchandise.
